At "Professional Advantage Radon Mitigation and Measurement Provider" we are able to provide complete testing for commercial and residential buildings. As well we will be able to install a Radon Mitigation system designed to fit any and all applications.
We have all the necessary insurance, license and certification needed for measurement and mitigation. The certification must be every two years through NEHA who is an agency authorized to provide testing and education for EPA.
We use only professional products with all our systems keeping in mind that they will be installed for many years. Several styles of fans are available to overcome any problem area for radon mitigation. A one-part urethane sealant is used instead of a water base product, which has very limited life span, for all concrete work.
Protection for the flooring is laid down prior to work beginning to keep home / office clean during work. A vacuum system is used to keep any dust created under control. We use core drilling whenever possible, as needed, to keep noise and dust under control. At all times the system is designed and installed with number one concern functionality and number two aesthetics. We like to work with the owner to accommodate all of these concerns to have the system installed completely to your satisfaction. At the conclusion there is never any mess left for the owner to have to contend with.
